When I had a chit-chat with someone older and lot wiser than me, I was given a very good advise about (future) life and relationship. Most 2 things I still remember are:

#1: men are like dog ./no offense/.  Why? Because though we have feed the dog and take care of it properly, it will still looking/searching for a food when it goes outside. Well for men, does not mean all of them will “eat” the “foods” they found outside the house, maybe they just “searching” for it (this line is my personal opinion).

The point is we have to give enough attention (incl. love and affection) to our loved one.

But hey, people always says dog is a very faithful pet, so gals, think positive ^-^ (again, this is my personal opinion).
 

#2: you should find a men who is RESPONSIBLE. No matter how bad he is, he must be responsible for what he do. e.g.: even though he has two families (read: two wives plus children) – no matter he has divorced and married again, or do the polygamy - he has the same responsibility to the 2 families.

.: The advise is more for ladies, but I think men can take a lesson too
